Calving Barn.  This structure can range from a simple shelter to a heifer hotel!  The addition of pens, improved lighting, heat, insulation, veterinary area, calf pulling room and so forth are all determined by your personal preferences and business style.

Machine Shed.  Generally, this is a cold storage area, providing protection to your equipment, but not requiring heat.

Repair Shop.  Designed to be used by people, not machines, insulation and heat are generally added to this type of building. Other additions may include plumbing, upgraded interior lighting, storage bays, lifts, etc.

Riding Arena.  Usually designed with a post-frame structure, this is another building that can run the gamut from simple to elaborate.  You may want rooms for tack and basic storage. Other amenities might include plumbing for bathrooms, a kitchen, and even locker or shower facilities depending on the level of event you may consider hosting.
